Corporate Structuring & Insolvency

We advise and act for clients in relation to all aspects of corporate structure, from incorporation/inception to winding-up and reorganisation. This broad spectrum covers both non-contentions work, such as setting up companies, shareholders' agreements, and handling contentious issues such as, for example, retention of title claims, representation at court, enforcement, restructuring proposals and defending the corporate entity from attack.

AMA also advises on insolvency issues as well as on all aspects of distressed debt. Under this head, our advice is aimed at avoiding or mitigating the adverse effects of illiquidity and other crises through risk assessment and contingency planning. Wherever possible we will advise on alternatives to bankruptcy.

Our firm is able to combine all the elements involved in structuring/restructurings, for both contentious and non-contentious matters.
